Candace Parker Confirms Rumors: WNBA to the BIG SCREEN

Yes, the rumors are true! This morning, NBA TV and the WNBA announced an upcoming new show that goes inside the private lives of WNBA players such as myself Candace Parker, veterans Tamika Catchings, and Diana Taurasi, as well as rookies Britney Grinder, Skylar Diggins.

I'm thrilled for NBA TV and WNBA to join forces and pull back the curtain on the womens most popular professional sport. With thousands of weekly fans watching us five determined, hard working and empowering women prove that behind the jersey, the locker room drama and competitive competition within the organization, we all draw to one thing: winning.

I can't wait for the world to see our struggles, up and downs outside the court. It’s easy for people or fans to think we have lavish lifestyles and have no worries. But we laugh, we cry, and I go to the grocery store for my family and deal with real life situations like everyone else. This is a big stepping-stone for the WNBA and its organization to reach our fans on a more personal, one-on-one relationships with our fans.
